FACTS is St. Mary’s secure online school management system. It gives you, as a parent, easy access to your child’s academic progress, attendance and more—all in one convenient place.

By using FACTS, you can stay actively involved in your child’s education and support their success from anywhere with internet access.

How to Access the FACTS Family Portal:

  1. Visit the FACTS website.

  2. Click Family Login.

  3. Select FACTS Family Portal.

  4. Click Create New Family Portal Account and follow the on-screen instructions.

  5. Be sure to use the email address you have on file with the school.

  6. Enter our District Code: SMS-LA.

Mobile App Available

A FACTS Family Portal app is available for both Android and iPhone.

The cost is $4.99 per household per year for the mobile app subscription.
